- Disciplines including Internal Medicine/Primary Care, Urgent Care, Long Term Care, Psychiatric/Addictions Medicine, Anti-coagulation Management and Epilepsy Treatment.
Jeanmarie works in close collaboration with Dr. Freeman as part of our professional team. As an important member of the FPI, she will be able to provide our patients with the highest quality of care they deserve.
What is a Nurse Practitioner?
They can:
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and minor injuries
- Perform physical assessments, obtain medical histories and perform examinations
- Write prescriptions
- Perform and interpret diagnostic and laboratory studies
- Counsel and teach health promotion and well-being
- Screen and refer patients to specialists and other health care providers

Highest Standards of Care:
All procedures are done under fluoroscopic guidance (X-ray-guided) to ensure proper placement of the medication and may be performed in an ambulatory surgical center, fluoroscopy suite or hospital setting.
